The maker of the finest towers on India, architect Hafeez Contractor, hardly needs any introduction in Indian real estate fraternity. Winner of the Padma Bhushan (2016), Contractor is well known for his firm determination, dedication and passion for design. As one of India’s leading architects, Contractor is instrumental in changing modern India’s urban landscape to a great extent. Born in a Parsi family in 1950 in Mumbai, he got his graduate diploma in architecture from the University of Mumbai followed by bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Architecture in Mumbai and master’s degree in Architecture from Columbia University, New York.
